Crusade Routes

1 A set of 14 chapels – Stations of the Cross near the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows – Krnov-Cvilín

It consists of 13 smaller Empire chapels from the 19th century and one Baroque chapel from 1729.

1 The neighbourhood of Tvrdkov - Ruda, from the Virgin Mary of the Snow Church

This is where the Stations of the Cross start. These are sandstone sculptures that line the road to Křížový vrch hill (589 metres above sea level). Pilgrimages are held every Sunday in August to commemorate the Consecration of the Roman Basilica of Our Lady of the Snow; masses are held at 7, 9 and 11 am, the Way of the Cross at 1 pm.
